Hassan Elsafty is an accredited trainer in the Certified Public-Private Partnerships (PPP) Foundation track, certified by APMG International. With a rich background in strategy, business development, and government transformation, Hassan brings a wealth of expertise to his role as the Engagement Lead for Consulting & Advisory Services at Al-Masader Al-Dualliyah for Environment & Quality Systems (AMAD).

Hassan's career spans over two decades, during which he has led numerous strategic initiatives and consulting projects for various governmental entities and private sector organizations, including the Ministry of Municipal and Rural Affairs (MOMRA), the National Center of Environmental Compliance (NCEC), the Holy Makkah Municipality, and the Sharqiah Development Authority (SDA). He specializes in developing comprehensive strategies & Operating Models, conducting comprehensive feasibility studies for PPP projects, establishing strategic PMO offices, and implementing performance management systems to drive organizational growth and transformation.
With a strong emphasis on sustainable development projects, and public services projects, Hassan has demonstrated his ability to navigate complex challenges and deliver impactful solutions. His expertise in these areas has been instrumental in driving positive change and fostering sustainable growth within organizations and communities.
In his current role at AMAD, Hassan collaborates closely with clients to understand their unique needs and develop proactive solutions tailored to their requirements. He leverages his extensive experience and industry insights to recommend strategies that promote brand effectiveness and secure long-term accounts for clients.
